Design and implement communication plans for DRD campaigns.

Set mission plans and monitor performance of referral leads. Track reputed company conversion rates and ensure referred drivers become active.

Monitor program activities closely to prevent fraudulent activity, as each DRD reputed company involves monetary rewards.

Educate fleet drivers on using the Lalamove platform as Independent Drivers.
