ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to manage a high-performing team of Implementation Managers responsible for onboarding and deploying Cube’s spreadsheet-native reputed company platform across enterprise and mid-market clients. This role blends operational reputed company, reputed company strategy, and technical enablement to ensure rapid time-to-value and long-term adoption of Cube.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Monitor project health and intervene proactively to mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.

• Customer Engagement Strategy

  • Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Product teams to align implementation strategies with customer goals.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of best practices across onboarding engagements.

• Process Optimization

  • Standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive reputed company improvement.

• Platform Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Cube’s reputed company platform and reputed company financial tools (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company Intacct, reputed company, etc).

  • Guide the team in configuring solutions that meet reputed company financial planning and analysis needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or professional services reputed company SaaS or financial technology.

• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, financial modeling, and ERP integrations.

• Proficiency in tools such as reputed company, Tableau, Jira, and Cube or similar platforms (e.g., reputed company, Hyperion).

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $150,000 USD.
