Job Description

We are bringing reputed company a (Robotics) Technical Project Manager (TPM) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects reputed company our robotics development lifecycle. As the Robotics TPM you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic program management, and the ability to drive efficiency in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

You will interact and engage directly with our autonomous airside vehicle and our onsite engineering and operations team. Your role will be pivotal in (1) ensuring the onsite engineering teams are operating at maximum effectiveness and efficiency, while taking into account our internal and external customer needs, and in (2) developing engineering development plans, accompanied with deliverables, milestones, and resource needs for the engineering's global operation.

This role will work closely with our VP of Engineering, our Engineering Leads, and our Operations Leads.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a reputed company technical field.

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management reputed company a technical or engineering environment.

• Proven expertise in managing reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, reputed company, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of critical prioritization frameworks and methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Basic data analytics skills for effort estimation, KPI definitions, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be able to pass federal background checks and receive and maintain issuance of an airport reputed company badge

Preferred

• Experience in robotics, hardware/software integration, or other reputed company technical fields.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.

• Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a reputed company discipline.

• PMP or similar project management certification.
