reputed company is seeking a Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join reputed company and support our global growth. In this role, you’ll manage payroll, financial records, invoices, tax payments, and daily bank reconciliations. You’ll report to the local Controller and play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple countries.

• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts

• Recording and Processing payments

• Monthly tax reporting (VAT, withholding taxes, national insurance, income tax).

• Conducting daily banking activities

• Working with external auditors, tax authorities and vendors worldwide

• Producing various financial reports

• Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements

• Support month-end reputed company for legal entities in multiple countries

• Prepare local salaries

• There may be occasional business travel once or twice a year

• Certified Bookkeeper
• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Experience withreputed company ERP – Must
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company reputed company (including VLOOKUP) –Must
• Strong knowledge of local tax reporting (VAT, WHT, national insurance, salary tax)
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in bank reconciliations –Must
• Familiar with financial operations, including Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new software and skills
• Enthusiastic about taking on new projects and challenges
• Capable of working independently and managing your own tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
