About Our Company and the Role

Life Skills Autism reputed company is a specialized center where our reputed company team delivers high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, implementing behavioral reputed company acquisition and reduction protocols, and collaborating with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive client reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training methods.
• Implement prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client individualized treatment plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior to inform treatment decisions.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, ensuring they are equipped to support client reputed company.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by BCBAs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and, in some cases, a valid driver's license and car insurance.
