About the Role

As a Behavior Technician with Key Autism Services, you'll play a vital role in our mission to support individuals with ASD and their families. You'll work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs in-home, helping our clients reputed company essential skills and behaviors. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with ASD
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA Supervisor
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a goal-oriented approach and professionalism in reputed company aspects of your work

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (direct ABA experience preferred, but not required)
• If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (as you'll be required to travel between client locations)
• The ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications can enhance your application:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (we offer assistance with certification)

• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
