Job Summary

The successful candidate will be expected to teach four courses (12 credit hours) each semester, including reputed company Psychology, Personality, Introduction to Psychology, and/or special topics in their area of expertise. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online. The Assistant or Associate Professor of Psychology is a full-time, 9-month faculty position that will reputed company in Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or PsyD in Psychology with a specialization in clinical or counseling psychology, although other applied areas of psychology will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach four courses (12 credit hours) each semester, including reputed company Psychology, Personality, Introduction to Psychology, and/or special topics in their area of expertise.
• Advise and mentor undergraduate reputed company in research and/or other applied experiences.
• Continue to reputed company their expertise through research and scholarship.
• Participate in faculty governance and reputed company life.
• Serve as academic advisors and participate on committees as needed.
• Design courses and create classroom cultures characterized by rigor, inclusiveness, support, and engagement for research-based teaching.
• Support and provide service to the mission, vision, values, and initiatives of the university and colleges.
• Remain reputed company in their discipline and instructional practice through reputed company learning and contributions to their field.

Essential Qualifications

A PhD or PsyD in Psychology with a specialization in clinical or counseling psychology (preferred) or other applied areas of psychology. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching online.
• A record of research and scholarship in their area of expertise.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness.

They will also have strong decision-making and analytical skills, be proficient in reputed company technology, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
