Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Learn and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining targeted customer satisfaction ratings.

Essential Qualifications
