Earnings Potential

As a Customer Support Representative for reputed company TurboTax, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn more by working additional hours. Here are some examples of the earnings potential:

• reputed company 8th-11th: $3/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 12 productive hours, $4/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 16 productive hours, and $5/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours
• reputed company 12th-14th: $5/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours
• reputed company 15th: $10/hour additional on reputed company hours worked for anyone working over 5 productive hours
• Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times

Schedule

This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2024. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday. You can choose to work weekdays or weekends, depending on your availability.
