We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our Patient Care Coordinator team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling monthly refill requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with patients, families, and reputed company to provide exceptional patient care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:- Answering incoming calls from patients, families, and reputed company regarding nutrition treatment requests and status updates.
- Triage calls to different departments as needed.
- Verifying patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment and delivery of patient care services.
- Handling new patient orders and updating electronic medical records in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Qualifications
