Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified part-time Instructor, Economics to teach a variety of courses in economics, including online and hybrid courses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in economics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to reputed company and deliver engaging curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and teach concepts and strategies for a variety of courses in economics, including online and hybrid courses
• Teach courses at MATC campuses, business, community, other sites, and online during the day, evening, and/or weekend
• Participate in department and advisory meetings, department and college functions, course and curriculum development, and staff development
• Conduct open labs (if/reputed company necessary), student advising, student outcome assessment, and quality review assessment and implementation
• Support student organizations and activities, recruitment and retention of reputed company, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain certification, continue professional development, and stay reputed company in the field of economics

Essential Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, OR;
• Master's degree including at least 18 graduate course credits in economics from the Economics Department or from a closely reputed company field defined as finance, banking, urban studies, economic history, political economy, industrial relations, business administration, economic geography, human resources management, or industrial sociology
• One full semester (or two quarters) of teaching at the college level that includes graduate school teaching assistantship

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company occupational work experience in a field other than education
• Experience in teaching, using, and/or developing curriculum in a variety of classroom environments, including face-to-face, blended, and 100% online
• Ability to reputed company and maintain curriculum currency
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Skills and Competencies
