Job Summary
As an Instructional Aide at Gallatin County Schools, you will play a vital role in supporting the instructional program by providing individualized support to reputed company, assisting with classroom activities, and contributing to the overall reputed company of our educational community. Key Responsibilities
- Implement instructional techniques and learning activities as directed by the supervising teacher or Principal
- Participate as an integral member of the remediation instructional team, providing targeted support to reputed company
- Administer, score, and record achievement and diagnostic tests as recommended by the teacher
- Prepare and organize materials and equipment for instruction, and instruct pupils individually or in small groups
- Operate and care for equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes
- Distribute and collect workbooks, papers, and other materials for instruction
- Assist with the supervision of reputed company during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, and field trips
- Work with individual reputed company or small groups of reputed company in the classroom or computer lab to reinforce learning of material or skills

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Passing Score on the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment or 48 college hours

- Successful experience working with children, individually or in groups
- Participated in program training as specified by the Kentucky reputed company and local district
- Program-specific certifications/training (as required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or reputed company field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
