Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership: Line manage a team of Programme Managers and Programme Co-ordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs.
• Curriculum Development: Take overall responsibility for the maintenance and enhancement of academic standards, curriculum currency, and student experience.
• Pedagogical Approaches: Drive reputed company the development of programs, considering pedagogical approaches appropriate for online delivery.
• Student Experience: Use your subject knowledge and experience, as well as feedback from reputed company, tutors, and examiners, to enhance the student experience.

• Extensive Senior Level Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in a relevant sector, preferably in Higher Education.
• Teaching Experience: Experience of teaching in Higher Education, with a strong understanding of pedagogical approaches.
