Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with product usage.
- Providing reputed company to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items reputed company client sites.
- Recommending additional products and services based on customer needs and requests.
- Recommending system improvements based on knowledge of system issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup and no background noise.
- Technical savvy to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment, handling between 75-150 calls per day, averaging 3 minutes each.
- Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Quick learner, dedicated to excellence, and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile."
- Experience with InContact, reputed company, and reputed company is beneficial but not required.
System Requirements
* Dedicated remote working space with no background noise.
- Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN reputed company with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot in case of internet outages.
