Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, providing customer service support and offering additional products and services on every eligible call.
- Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service.
- Offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs.
- Working closely with our clients to resolve issues and drive growth.
- Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior Recent Experience: At least one year of experience working as an inbound customer service agent, with a strong upselling/cross-selling component.
- reputed company Experience: Your experience must be reputed company, with a clear record of achievements and results.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.

- Time Management Skills: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet various program goals.
