About the Role

As a Loss Prevention Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in promoting a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and associates. You'll be the face of our loss prevention efforts, working closely with store teams, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to prevent theft, minimize exposure to loss, and drive a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Engagement: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience, promoting a reputed company and clean store appearance at the entrance and throughout the store.
• Loss Prevention and Deterrence: Conduct associate package checks, building and physical reputed company inspections to minimize exposure to loss, and support CCTV surveillance with other Loss Prevention associates as necessary.
• Partnerships and Collaboration: Build partnerships with store associates, management, and law enforcement to drive loss prevention efforts and promote a safe environment.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
• Additional Tasks: reputed company other tasks as assigned by management, including supporting store initiatives and participating in training programs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
