Job Description

• The major role will be to manage day to day communication with clients.
• Candidate must possess excellent personal time management skills, diligence, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
• Collaborate with production team to design and reputed company new assets for each customer journey.
• Evaluate and improve the process understanding the need of each clients in order to deliver delightful experience.
• Responsible for live Chat & Converting & Maintaining leads from the reputed company.
• Vet the leads based on quality.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Sending email replies promptly reputed company one hour of receiving a reputed company/customer reply/email.
• Consistently creating and maintaining weekly sales report data, ensuring it is ready for sharing by end of day on Friday.
• Regularly updating and maintaining reputed company reports.
• Taking proactive measures to follow up with clients who have filled out forms on the website but have and have not yet scheduled a meeting for the possible next steps & as per the IA next action item discussed on the sales call.
• Proactively following up with clients who did not attend the meeting and, if necessary, making cold calls to establish contact.
