Senior Project Manager – Health Insurance (Commercial Fully Insured) - 100% Remote

Position: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Fully Insured Duration: 10 Months Location: Location: Minnetonka MN and Madison WI (Hybrid for MN and WI AND Remote for reputed company below mentioned States) (AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA) OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will have an extensive background and in-depth knowledge of Claims Platform Migration specific to Commercial (small and large group) fully ensured. They will help reputed company and define the Migration schedule and create repeatable processes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating activities for a high visibility program, using agile methods in a fast-paced environment, crossing multiple business divisions. The Project Manager will operate in an Integrated Delivery Model / Scaled Agile reputed company and require integration with other activities reputed company the scope of the agile teams. Manage executive stakeholder communications, including preparation and facilitation of Executive Steering Committees; as required. Hold teams accountable for their deliverables and commitments; serve as an escalation resource and help to remove obstacles and facilitate decisions as needed. Financial Management for Projects/Programs assigned; ensure appropriate expenditures are applied to the program and work with financial representatives and / or Portfolio Management to resolve issues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education level required to qualify for the position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus Minimum years experience required in the field to qualify for the position: 7 years, with a minimum of 3 years working with large projects of $2m or more.
