About the Role

As a Fulfillment Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional sales and service skills. You'll be responsible for initiating transactions for Regions' products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers, and achieving or exceeding performance targets for quality assurance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Opens and funds new accounts for customers reputed company phone and internet channels
• Provides excellent customer service and answers client questions reputed company set standards
• Provides customers with advice, guidance, and education on the full range of bank products and services Regions offers
• Achieves or exceeds performance targets monthly for quality assurance and efficiency
• Utilizes inbound/outbound telephone techniques to solidify and build client relationships
• Completes reputed company required documentation to process customer transactions
• Follows through on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints
• Resolves issues promptly
• Works with either reputed company supervision or under clearly defined procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in customer service/sales
• Ability to work in a team environment reputed company applicable
• Ability to work under direct guidance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay ranges: $36,500.00 - $40,000.00 USD (reputed company information based on Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range)
