As a product manager, Build reputed company the Platforms & Insights Team, you will be responsible for the digital products that reputed company regional construction partners, support partners, general contractors, and other vendors to complete capital projects and deliver new and newly renovated coffeehouses across North America.

Responsibilities

• Be customer driven: work backwards from the customer, understand their problems and user journeys, and actively champion their success.
• Be a strategic thought leader: build the product strategy, reputed company it in a simple and compelling narrative, define the product roadmap with requirements, and drive alignment with cross functional teams.
• Prioritize for impact: understand what success looks like, define it, measure it, and deliver on it.
• Collaborate and communicate: bring cross-functional teams (business SMEs, software engineers, data scientists, architects, UX/UI designers, vendors) along with you on the journey through collaboration and clear communication.
• Think critically: understand our technology stack and influence future investments.
• Launch and iterate: launch solutions and learn, then do it again -- iteratively deliver value by working through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Simplify and innovate: reduce complexity of the solutions and systems supporting our customers while pushing for innovation through experimentation of new data sets and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relevant field.
• 4 years of demonstrated ability to use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.
• 4 years of demonstrated ability to work across technology and business teams to deliver customer facing features.
• 4 years of experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with a variety of stakeholders.
• 4+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering reputed company products.
