What your day-to-day will be like
- Recruit, train and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to reputed company’s set standards.

- Will work with clients on a recruitment strategy to establish market-specific recruitment initiatives.

What deliverables you will take ownership of
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to evaluate applicants in response to job postings, conduct screening interviews and reputed company qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions. The Team Member will post positions internally, externally, and with commercial job sites.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications
- One (1) year experience managing a team of 5-10 people
- Two (2) years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Two (2) years of hospitality experience in an operational leadership role
- Travel: Up to 20%
It would be useful if you have
- One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in Spanish
- Candidates will be based remotely in Eastern time zone
- Experience working with EEOC, reputed company and employment laws
