Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support reputed company inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound English calls from clients' customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • reputed company outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Answer questions from customers, reputed company messages to clients, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Meet and exceed Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and clients.
  • Flexible availability, including a willingness to work varied hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • A strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a basic knowledge of reputed company Office.
  • Leadership skills and a goal-oriented approach, with a commitment to professional work ethics.
  • Reliable transportation and previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
