About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent - Hybrid Model, you will be the crucial link between our customers and Swiss WorldCargo, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service, and our operations run smoothly and reputed company. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing customer requests, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and supporting sales efforts, reputed company while representing Swiss WorldCargo's commitment to ambition, responsibility, and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
