About the Role: Customer Experience Agent

The Customer Experience team is the backbone of our user-centric approach, driving process improvement, order management, and problem-solving to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with buyers and sellers, resolving issues, and making things right reputed company something goes wrong. • 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability required.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
• Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
• Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We're offering a competitive salary of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour + benefits + equity. Our benefits package includes:
