About the Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of reputed company, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering on our promise to provide the world's best customer experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our Card Members. Your goal will be to create a memorable experience for each customer, tailoring our products and services to meet their unique needs and deepening their relationship with reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and innovative manner.
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy, meeting customers' needs and expectations through exceptional communication and consultation skills.
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the lounge.

Qualifications and Skills
