Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand and address customer requirements effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company chat and phone calls, providing detailed information about products and services.
- Practice active listening to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Escalate reputed company issues to the relevant department or process expert for further assistance and resolution.
- Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
