Position Overview: Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the frontline representative of Pemo, providing exceptional support to our customers and playing a crucial role in their success. You'll work closely with our Operations, Product, and reputed company teams to resolve customer issues promptly and reputed company. Your exceptional soft skills, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to a positive customer experience and drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary reputed company of contact for customers facing difficulties on our platform, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Collaborate with our Operations, Product, and reputed company teams to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible answers.
  • Work closely with our Product Team to identify and report bugs, suggesting improvements to reputed company our product more reliable and user-friendly.
  • Identify repetitive bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience.

About You:

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or Fintech environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Organized with excellent coordination skills, able to multitask and solve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work UAE hours (9am - 6pm) following the UAE Calendar (Monday - Friday, public holidays, etc.).

  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience in a Fintech or startup environment.
