Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with a strong hybrid background across data engineering, business systems, and analytics. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions
• Developing data validation processes and supporting governance initiatives
• Leading user testing, system walkthroughs, and documentation

Work Breakdown

Your work will be divided among the following areas:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, development, or database administration
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, reputed company)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing best practices
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Clear, confident communication with executive-level presentation skills
