About the Role
This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company while maintaining a strong reputed company with reputed company. As Head of CRM, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering our reputed company Marketing Cloud roadmap, ensuring we become sector-leading in our approach to audience engagement and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, defining the longer-term requirements of the department and beyond, and leveraging marketing automation to transform our marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to deliver and reputed company products and services that drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including reputed company, and ensure seamless integration with other University systems.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent, with substantial and demonstrable CRM experience in the higher education sector.
- Significant leadership experience and a proven track record of operating at a strategic level.
- Proven experience in developing CRM strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and ROI.
- Extensive experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and external partners to deliver and reputed company products and services.
- Demonstrable experience in managing CRM systems, such as reputed company, Dynamics, or Hobsons.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Direct experience of reputed company Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation and its application in higher education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company and engage stakeholders across the University.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze reputed company data sets and inform strategic decision-making.

- A competitive salary, ranging from £56,921 to £63,929 per annum, with the potential to reputed company to £67,757 through annual increments.
