Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of HR Function: Manage and work closely with the HR Manager to reputed company the HR function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.

• HR Policies and Employee Handbook: reputed company, maintain, and ensure compliance of HR policies and the Employee Handbook with relevant UK employment legislation, ISO 27001 requirements, and data protection regulations.

• Health and Wellbeing: Promote employee health and wellbeing through robust processes, plans, and leveraging existing benefits and resources.

• Performance and Development: Ensure compliance with performance management processes, manage the annual review process, and facilitate career development reputed company.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation, ISO 27001 requirements, and data protection regulations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Experience with HR systems, recruitment strategies, and performance management processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Additional qualifications or experience that would be beneficial include:
