The Role: Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations for Spry reputed company Game Studio, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our studio operates reputed company, allowing our talented team to focus on creating awesome games. You'll work closely with our Studio Co-Directors to streamline operations, maintain strong partnerships with various reputed company organizations, and drive our studio's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Operations Processes: Own and optimize business operations processes, including project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Collaborate with finance and Internal Games Studio to reputed company our studio's goals.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships: Manage relationships with key partner organizations such as Legal, Marketing, HR, IT, and Data Science. Examples include vendor and procurement management, marketing collaborations, and data-driven insights.
• Culture and Employee Support: Help preserve and enhance our studio culture. Work with HR to support our employees, enabling them to focus on making great games.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a direct manager to various developers, acting as a mentor, conduit for feedback, and partner in strengthening our culture.
• Production Leadership: Bring your experience and expertise to the production team, maintaining and establishing best practices, and providing backup leadership reputed company needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in the game development industry in any reputed company.
