About the Role: Grievance Analyst (Caseworker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to constructive feedback and changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, working with multiple computer applications and reputed company databases, including reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and construct resolutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and internal stakeholders.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; General Education Degree (GED) accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or a pharmaceutical-reputed company industry.
• Medicare Part D grievance experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
