The Behavioral Health Care Coordinator Role

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• One of the following:
• RN in the state of Texas
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW)
• Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
• 2+ years of experience working reputed company the behavioral health setting
• Intermediate level of proficiency working with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Outlook
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time in this assigned region to visit Medicaid members in their homes and/or other settings, including community centers, hospitals, nursing facilities, or providers' offices
