As a Field Service Planner in our Service and Repair department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support for their medical devices.

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Field Service Planner to join reputed company in the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating the field service engineers and planning their schedules to deliver a premium service across a wide range of products. Your primary focus will be on proactively scheduling the field service team to meet the demands of our customers and the sales force, with the ultimate goal of establishing reputed company as an uncontested market leader as a service provider across reputed company sectors of the business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively scheduling the field service team to deliver an efficient and focused solution for service.
• Scheduling preventive maintenance visits and breakdowns for the field service team to ensure that their time is managed reputed company and maintaining a high level of utilized hours.
• Striving to reputed company a common goal of customer service excellence.
• Identifying and communicating with reputed company key personnel with respect to service & repair, including Clinical engineering, device management departments, department heads, clinicians, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
