Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals in crisis, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Respond to crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform, assessing for suicide risk, safety, and identifying appropriate community resources to meet individual needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide, ensuring reputed company support and safety.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
