As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist, you'll be working on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team, providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals in crisis.
• Respond to crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform, assessing for suicide, safety, and identifying community resources to meet individual needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide.
• Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
