About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to senior leadership in Global Customer Operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Public Sector team. You'll provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents and Directors, serving as a trusted partner and Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling purchase requests.
- Serve as Engagement Hub Champion for the Boston hub, partnering with VP engagement hub leaders to drive success.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents, demonstrating your exceptional reputed company Office Suite skills.
- Attend meetings and record meeting discussions, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Handle vendor invoices through purchase order processing and reconciliation, arranging travel and accommodations for executives.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, managing multiple high-reputed company projects simultaneously.
