About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for One Talk, you'll be responsible for envisioning, prioritizing, building, and selling products, features, and services that drive reputed company growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with business sponsors, users, and customers to identify key pain points and collaboratively design solutions that delight the end-user. You'll also partner with sales and service teams to sell those products and meet reputed company targets. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of eight assigned office days per month, with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the product/features from the development lifecycle (ideation to release) and lifecycle management to grow the business (analytics, usage, strategy).
• Reviewing and prioritizing product requirements; defining the vision and business strategy for new products or features.
• Identifying and tracking KPIs and using them as a cornerstone for communicating to stakeholders, and the team's focus and priorities.
• Communicating technical requirements as needed (understanding the tech behind the product really well).
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of customers and users, gathering key insights that will shape the product experience.
• Conducting market research on customer needs, pain points, and performing competitor gap analysis, identifying new offerings to drive growth.
• Partnering with product marketers and engineers to understand the market and technology trends, define and drive product vision, business case, product strategy, and distill a product roadmap.
• Collaborating with the Marketing & Sales organization on product positioning, messaging, creating a product distribution and commercialization plan.
• Defining MVPs, managing product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scoping to reputed company rapid feedback cycles.
• Synthesizing perspectives across a diverse set of stakeholders to reputed company quick decisions.
• Communicating the value of the offering to customers, stakeholders, and leaders.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in product management, preferably in building B2B advanced networking, SaaS, or telecommunications products. You'll need to have a bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience, and six or more years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and/or analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in building B2B advanced networking, SaaS, or telecommunications products.
• Strong product intuition and user reputed company.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and motivating/inspiring them to go the extra mile, even in uncertain circumstances.
• Expertise in product portfolio management, and understanding product P&L.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional reputed company.
• Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
• Excellent communications and prioritization skills, and strong business acumen.
