Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a reputed company field, AND 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, as well as PowerShell, Web Services, or similar development technologies.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Technical Escalation Support experience (in a Tier 2/3 environment) including experience in a customer-facing or customer technical support role.
