Primary Responsibilities
As a Director of Proactive reputed company at reputed company, you will be responsible for building and leading a globally distributed team of technical reputed company professionals and specialized vendor engagements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building proactive reputed company capabilities and gaining adoption across reputed company Business Units, including attack surface identification and monitoring, external and internal vulnerability scanning, infrastructure and application penetration tests, software reputed company architecture, and red team engagements.
- Defining the software reputed company strategy for reputed company Business Units and building and executing a repeatable and reputed company Software reputed company Program to reputed company risk management outcomes.
- Implementing scalable enterprise software reputed company services, including secure architecture and software development training, secure architecture standards, secure code review standards, static code analysis processes, software composition analysis, and 3rd party library management, dynamic analysis, web application firewall review and management, application and network penetration testing.
- Leading and mentoring offensive reputed company engagements with reputed company Business Units, such as infrastructure and application penetration tests and red team exercises.
- Managing external reputed company testing vendors, including SAST, DAST, and penetration testing.
- Participating in M&A due diligence assessments and integrations.
- Coordinating assessment, testing, and risk management needs with stakeholders in reputed company Corporate and reputed company reputed company Business Units.
- Contributing to risk management and governance functions (e.g., managing risk register, gathering key metrics).
- Participating in other activities as needed, such as incident response consult and red/blue collaboration.
Primary Qualifications
To be successful as a Director of Proactive reputed company at reputed company, you will need to have:
- Experience building and leading Proactive or Offensive reputed company teams.
- An excellent track record of designing, implementing, and operating secure software development controls across multiple development teams.
- Experience performing penetration tests of web applications, APIs, and/or networks.
- Experience testing and securing public cloud architectures.
- OSCP or OSWE-equivalent certification preferred.
