Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a significant ad budget, with a minimum of $1M/month in conversion-centric ad expenditure across reputed company Ads.
• Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition to align reputed company Ads strategies with overall business objectives, driving growth and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of DTC media buying experience, with a proven track record of handling $1M+ monthly ad expenditure across reputed company Ads.
• A deep understanding of direct response marketing, particularly in regards to Video Sales Letters (VSL).
• Experience in online coaching or eLearning, preferably in the sports, health, or wellness sectors.
• A history of building and leading high-performing media buying teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, and convert findings into actionable strategies.
• A passion for performance marketing, with a keen interest in sports and eLearning.
