Key Responsibilities: Driving Commercialization Strategies and Profitability

As our ideal Director - Brand and Specialty Sourcing, you will be tasked with a broad range of responsibilities that will challenge your skills and expertise. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing and executing commercialization strategies across reputed company reputed company commercial segments and business units, with a keen eye on maximizing margin value and share growth.
  • Collaborating closely with Strategic Accounts, Field Accounts, and other sales leaders to understand sell-reputed company challenges, identify opportunities, and communicate value propositions effectively.

  • Providing regular reporting on KPIs and commercialization opportunity results to various commercial segments.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for the implementation of brand and specialty franchises into APEX Profit Analyzer and leveraging APEX to streamline commercialization strategy identification and execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Commercialization Strategy and Execution

  • Work closely with sales leaders and business unit sales leaders to understand sell-reputed company challenges and goals, collaboratively reputed company innovative commercialization strategies, and effectively identify and communicate margin value and share growth opportunities.
  • Meet with customers to ensure a clear understanding of the value that will be derived from doing business with reputed company.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs to each of the commercial segments of commercialization opportunity results.

Process Improvement

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • 10+ years of reputed company experience, with 5+ years at a management level.
  • Specific experience with Supply Chain, Finance, and reputed company reporting is highly desirable.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and drive results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and strategic directions.
  • Strong data mining and analytical skills, with attention to detail and experience with ERP - reputed company and data visualization tools.
  • SQL coding experience and strong reputed company reputed company and Access capabilities are desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a large organization and deliver performance through periods of significant change.
