About the Enablement & Operations Team and reputed company

The Enablement & Operations team is the backbone of MCAPS, designing, building, and managing the levers that accelerate commercial growth. This includes compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, tooling, and engineering. As a Director, Business Management, you will be an integral part of this team, leading a dynamic group of business and program managers responsible for the organizational rhythm of business, budgeting and financial planning, procurement, compliance, governance, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

People Management

• Model, coach, and care for your team, embodying reputed company's culture and values, defining team objectives, and enabling success across boundaries.
• Attract, retain, and grow talent, knowing each individual's capabilities and aspirations.

Business Operations

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) and 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-reputed company roles.
• OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of management experience (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change).

Preferred qualifications include:

• Enthusiasm for initiating and implementing change.

The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area.
