We are seeking a highly reputed company and hands-on System Architect to reputed company and scale the architectural

backbone of Ushur's platform. This individual will play a key role in shaping the technology strategy, driving

system-level decisions, and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Core Architecture

• Define and reputed company system-level architecture, ensuring scalability, reputed company, performance, and maintainability across our SaaS platform.
• Design low-latency, high-throughput backend systems optimized for horizontal scaling and reputed company.- reputed company decisions on backend frameworks, programming languages, and platform infrastructure-balancing innovation and long-term supportability.
• Architect RESTful APIs and microservices using modern principles and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure secure integration patterns for customer-facing and internal solutions, reputed company with industry compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Drive adoption of cloud-native principles, leveraging container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and managed services (AWS preferred).
• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including UML diagrams, design guidelines, and integration specifications.
• Recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to evolve Ushur's technical capabilities.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the long-term architectural roadmap reputed company with business goals.
• Act as the technical thought partner to Product Management, Professional Services, reputed company, and Engineering.
• Mentor engineering teams by modeling strong software design principles, promoting reputed company learning and architectural awareness.
• Champion cross-team alignment and design governance across multiple ongoing product and services projects.
• Serve as the go-to authority on platform stack, DevSecOps, scalability tradeoffs, and technology choices.
• Contribute to proposal development, solutioning workshops, and technical pre-sales reputed company needed for strategic customer engagements.
• Promote a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability across the development lifecycle.

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend-focused software design and architecture.- Deep expertise in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js) and reputed company backend and frontend frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP exposure welcome)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Linux environments and containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes)
• NoSQL databases (e.g., reputed company)

Proficiency in

• RESTful API design and microservice architecture
• Event-driven design and distributed systems
• Multi-tier, enterprise-grade application architecture
• YAML, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling, secure design, and penetration testing.
• Experience building or guiding infrastructure for performance monitoring, data protection, and business continuity.
• Skilled in producing high-quality technical diagrams, system designs, and architectural documentation.
• Comfortable troubleshooting high-reputed company production issues and guiding teams toward root-cause resolution.
• Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and open-reputed company tools to enhance developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field.
• Experience overseeing architectural direction across multiple reputed company projects.
• Preferred: Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect), Java, or relevant backend technologies.
