The Opportunity
- Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to ensure reputed company 411 facility sheets are up to date and available to update job postings.
- Assist Senior Medical Recruiter with opening requisitions for new sites.
- Assist Senior Medical Recruiter with going through site rosters of Acquihires to determine if providers are eligible for reputed company and what their hire type should be reputed company hired.
- Educate the Advance Provider Acquihires about reputed company and our benefits plans.
- Assist Senior Medical Recruiter with screening candidates and reference checks, as needed.
- Assist Senior Medical Recruiters in sending out the application link and extending offers to Acquihires.
- Conduct preliminary screening of prospects (Physician and Advanced Providers).
- Assist with the follow-up on leads reputed company phone, email, or text in a timely matter.
- Identify, research, and reputed company contacts to conduct cold calls through.
- Provide site and other relevant information on open positions to candidates and provide prospects with an overview of reputed company, as needed.
- Screen candidates and work with Senior Medical Recruiter to present them to Hiring Manager.
- Complete placements and add sites moving candidates reputed company to onboarding.
- Assist with proactive follow up on onboarding timelines and help push candidates reputed company needed on completion of paperwork.
- Send and complete reference checks for new providers through reputed company.
- Maintain and update the candidate records in Taleo and Phenom. Utilize the systems to obtain reports, searches, and listings.
- Set up and take notes for Risk Assessment calls reputed company needed for locum or Site Incentives request.
- Review status of applications, maintain as necessary and stay in regular contact with candidates.
- Work with Talent Sourcing and Operations to send out email/text campaigns to identify new candidates.

- Special Projects as needed.
- Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and reputed company internet searches and research.
- Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and reputed company.

Required Experience and Competencies
- 1-2 years of recent Recruiting experience required.
- Experience with Taleo is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field of study is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and expertise with database management.
- Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in Recruiting.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to juggle priorities in a rapidly growing, professional, service orientated environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong follow-through skills with reputed company clients internal and external.

We are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $29.19 - $36.84, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at reputed company, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
