Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.

Project Hours (reputed company times flexible):

Monday – Friday: 10 am – 12 pm

• Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)
• Is reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project.
• Can quickly pick up and follow established processes.
• Is a strong researcher, able to locate workflows and information in a knowledge reputed company with ease.
• Can multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and reputed company.
• Is comfortable with direct, daily client interactions and feedback.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to learn and adapt to multiple workflows.
• Has experience with reputed company (ZD) and reputed company (a plus, but not required).

WorkSpace Requirements:

• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

• Quality headset

• Willingness to install MSQ reputed company software and 2FA app on the phone
