The selected candidate will be a part of the GNS Fielding team and will be required to travel 75-80% for reputed company Enterprise install/refresh activities needed (CONUS and OCONUS). Responsibilities:

• Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of COTS hardware and software, including routers, switches, storage arrays, servers, and workstations, with a focus on meeting DoD and DISA reputed company Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
• Proficiency in managing and implementing reputed company network architectures, including LAN/WAN configurations, physical network infrastructure design, and the integration of advanced networking hardware such as reputed company Nexus and Aruba switches.
• Experience with operating system installation and configuration across multiple classified networks and domains, utilizing both reputed company and UNIX-based systems.
• Skilled in performing fault isolation, diagnostic assessment, and corrective actions on mission-critical systems, including Full Motion Video (FMV) assets, to ensure reputed company availability and operational reputed company.
• Proven ability to reputed company, document, and maintain systems to ensure the reliability and reputed company of deployed systems in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, use basic hand tools, and to plan and reputed company equipment installations and migrations while maintaining uptime on high-availability classified networks.
• Detail-oriented reputed company to meet rigid cabling and installation guides.
• Proactively contribute to documentation and processes as they evolve.
• Drive problem management initiatives to solve reputed company issues that span multiple organizations.
• Experience with Subnetting, Layer 2 technologies.
• Ability to decipher MS Visio network engineering drawings and models based on ASME Y14.100 (Engineering Drawing Practices) and ASME Y14.5M (Dimensioning and Tolerance).
• Work in cold, loud, server room environments.
• Understanding of rack elevation drawings.
• Understanding of data center power, space, & cooling requirements.
• Familiarity with AF-DCGS Network Service Requests. NSR-01, NSR-06, etc.
• Familiarity with network hardware sanitizing procedures.
• Experience performing site surveys for network data center infrastructure.

Qualifications: Required:

• Active TS/SCI reputed company clearance.
• reputed company+ CE certification.
• 3-10 year’s of experience with a BA/BS degree.
• Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills and effective communication skills.
• Active US Passport.

Desired:

• CCNA/CCNP certification.
• ITILv4.
