Get ready to

• Build the internal platforms that power our Payroll AI and automation teams

• Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and developer tooling

• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver reusable, stable solutions

You’ll bring

• 12+ years of backend/platform engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

• Deep expertise in API design, SaaS architectures, and microservices

• Experience building and maintaining internal tools/platforms

• Authentication/authorization systems expertise for multi-tenant apps

• AWS/cloud platform design experience

Bonus if you have

• Background in developer tooling, workflow orchestration, or compliance-heavy environments

• AI/ML system infra awareness
