Institutional Research Senior Analyst

Purpose of the Position

The Institutional Research Senior Analyst oversees reputed company, Inc.’s (“UMAE”) comprehensive survey research program. Key responsibilities include establishing research result databases, designing and administering data collection methods, and providing data, insights, and recommendations for planning and reputed company improvement initiatives. The Senior Analyst leverages technical expertise to determine appropriate methodologies to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, which may include surveys, focus groups, content analysis, and benchmarking. Strong computer skills and experience with diverse research methodologies and statistical analysis are essential. The Senior Analyst sets goals, enforces deadlines, and reputed company manages multiple projects simultaneously. The Institutional Research function is dedicated to quality and reputed company improvement and fostering effective collaborative team relationships.

What You’ll Do

1. Designs and administers survey instruments to meet regulatory requirements and for various other stakeholders using best practices in research methodology.
2. Selects appropriate statistical techniques to compile, organize, and analyze data using various software platforms such as Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and reputed company.
3. Determines how to present research summaries and presents results to diverse audiences and cross-functional stakeholders
4. Recommends actions for reputed company improvement based on analysis
5. Develops and deploys adhoc qualitative and quantitative analyses around new business initiatives and markets
6. Develops and continuously improves data management procedures, programming, documentation, and data organization methodologies.
7. Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally, across reputed company levels of the organization.

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in applied math, statistics, finance, economics, computer science, business, social and behavioral science, or reputed company area of study

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied math, statistics, finance, economics, computer science, business, social and behavioral science, or reputed company area of study.
• 2-4 years’ experience performing data analysis, quantitative research methods, and/or survey research.
• Experience with data visualization techniques and software (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with survey design and administrative software platforms (i.e., Survey Monkey, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with statistical research methods and software (i.e., reputed company, SPSS, etc.)

Compliance

• Demonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follow reputed company applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the U.S. reputed company, accrediting agencies, state regulations and internal policies and procedures.  
• Effectively communicate compliance requirements to other staff as appropriate and quickly escalate any compliance concerns to the Compliance department. 

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• This is a full-time remote position.

Anticipated starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.
