The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring technical talent across the reputed company organization. You will collaborate closely with key hiring leaders to build strong, high-performing cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong tactical executor with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record of successfully making key hires in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
What you’ll do:- Partner with hiring managers across reputed company engineering teams to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.

What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally reputed company an agency, startup, or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles across a variety of disciplines

Location
- This role will require consistent on-site reputed company at our office in Santa Clara / reputed company. Expect ~3 days a week in office.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a reputed company pay between $110,200 - $151,200. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
